A respected financial services organisation is seeking an experienced individual to support its Custodian Trustee team. The role combines governance oversight with hands-on administration across a range of Guernsey-regulated funds. About the Role You will help ensure that funds operate in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. The position includes maintaining key registers, reviewing valuations, and assisting with reporting, audits, and fund monitoring. Key Responsibilities • Maintaining the breach register and monitoring CT checks • Reviewing annual accounts and Scheme Particulars • Managing Open & Closed reporting and GFSC notifications • Supporting on-site visits and monitoring regulatory activity • Investigating potential breaches and pricing errors • Completing daily, monthly and periodic valuation reconciliations • Assisting with procedure updates and audit processes • Providing cover for financials, billing, Fund BIBLE updates, income distribution checks, AGM notices and NAV sheet cover What’s in It for You? • Varied exposure across fund governance and administration • Professional development through internal and external training • Supportive and collaborative working environment About You • Strong Guernsey Funds background (custodian or administration) • Knowledge of GFSC rules for Collective Investment Schemes • Experience with IDS, Bloomberg and relevant banking systems • Clear communication skills and strong organisation • Willingness to learn and take on wider responsibilities
