Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of fund and investor activities within their Fund of Funds team. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong operational knowledge within a specialist fund environment.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administering funds and associated structures, liaising with clients and intermediaries daily.
- Supporting company secretarial duties, including preparing board packs and drafting minutes.
- Maintaining accurate investor records on eFront and Investment Caf.
- Preparing manual and electronic payment instructions.
- Processing routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
- Ensuring tax, regulatory and statutory filings are completed on time.
- Assisting with the distribution and filing of accounts.
- Supporting training, onboarding and integration of trainee staff.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have some financial services experience and be studying toward a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA Certificate level or equivalent. Strong computer literacy, good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential. A willingness to learn, accuracy in process-driven tasks and a proactive, team-focused approach will be key to success.
