A leading financial services provider is seeking a highly numerate individual to join its Fund of Funds team. This role involves supporting the administration and accounting of a substantial portfolio of fund structures for one of the Group’s major institutional clients. Key Responsibilities • Assist with day-to-day administration, including calls and distributions, quarterly valuations and investor reporting. • Support the preparation of annual financial statements and routine audit queries. • Bookkeep daily transactions across a variety of fund structures and maintain accurate records on eFront. • Prepare periodic bank reconciliations and provide supporting documentation. • Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues. • Assist with the induction and training of trainee staff. Skills & Experience • Studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ACCA or ACA preferred). • Some technical financial services understanding (training provided). • Strong computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills. • Full Guernsey work rights are required; sponsorship is not available.
