If you enjoy analytical work, reviewing structures and applying enhanced measures where necessary, this 6-month fixed-term role offers hands-on involvement in CDD and AML processes. You will work closely with experienced subject-matter experts, supporting the accurate processing and maintenance of CDD records across varied entities.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing structure charts and identifying relevant parties for CDD.
- Determining appropriate levels of CDD, including enhanced measures.
- Requesting, assessing and documenting CDD information and identifying deficiencies.
- Verifying and corroborating Source of Wealth and Source of Funds information.
- Ensuring accurate recording of CDD, SoW/SoF and risk factors in internal systems.
- Creating tasks and tracking completion to ensure timely processing.
- Maintaining high-quality data integrity across records.
- Responding to CDD queries from colleagues and due diligence subjects.
- Reviewing potential matches or adverse hits from screening systems.
- Assisting with sanctions and regulatory notice processing.
- Supporting the production of reports for internal committees.
- Helping develop procedures, precedents and best practice guidance.
- Ensuring CPD requirements and ongoing training needs are met.
- Providing general support to Directors, Client Service Teams and Compliance as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have frontline compliance experience-preferably within fiduciary services-and strong working knowledge of the GFSC Handbook. They will have experience analysing client structures, applying enhanced measures and reviewing SoW/SoF information. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and clear communication are essential. A relevant AML/CFT qualification and experience using systems such as Acumen are advantageous.
