Provide day-to-day support in the administration of a portfolio of funds and investment companies, working closely with clients, investors and advisers in a regulated, client-focused environment. Key responsibilities: ⭐ Liaise with clients, directors, investors, bankers, auditors and advisers ⭐ Process payments, investor transactions, drawdowns and distributions under supervision ⭐ Assist with investor reporting, statutory filings and company secretarial matters ⭐ Support KYC/CDD requests and maintain accurate investor and statutory records ⭐ Arrange, attend and minute board and shareholder meetings ⭐ Provide general administrative and document management support to the team What you’ll need: ⭐ A-Level education (or equivalent) with English and Maths ⭐ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ⭐ Good written and verbal communication skills ⭐ Proficiency in Excel and standard office systems ⭐ Willingness to study towards a professional qualification Why join: ⭐ Ideal entry point into a career in fund administration ⭐ Structured learning and professional development support ⭐ Exposure to a wide range of fund, investor and client activities
