Senior Carer

Responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care, the Senior Carer will lead and support a team of care staff during shifts. Key responsibilities include administering and recording medication, assisting with care planning and risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference in people's lives. They will also ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are followed, communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals, and promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all service clients.
