We have a great opportunity for a Group Compliance Officer, working for a fund, corporate and fiduciary services company. In this role, you would ensure that all company operations and business transactions adhere to all legal, regulatory and internal rules.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Compliance Officer in a senior capacity in the financial sector.
• In depth knowledge of the Guernsey legal and regulatory compliance environment.
• Familiarity with the Jersey legal and regulatory compliance environment.
• Hold a recognised compliance qualification.
