New Business Administrator

A fund administration business is seeking a New Business Administrator to join their team for a 3-month period to support the Assistant Manager in the completion of all Risk & Compliance Team tasks, including the following:
- Completion of periodic reviews
- Routine testing and monitoring of fund administration tasks in accordance with the Regulatory and Financial Crime monitoring programmes
- Maintenance of Compliance registers, including breaches, complaints, gifts and high risk investors and clients
- Monthly reporting to client custodians
- Periodic reporting to clients
- GFSC Notifications, using its Submissions Portal
- Client screening using WorldCheck and open-source searches
- Review of sanctions notices against client database
- Assistance in ad hoc projects within the team
- Liaise with internal accountants for provision of information for audit purposes
- Assist in preparing client business risk assessments
- Assist with client risk and CDD reviews to ensure the Company meets 48-hour turnaround requirements
