In this role as Relationship Manager in the Lending, Corporate & Family Office Team, you will support the Head of the Corporate & Family Office Team, the Head of Corporates Guernsey and existing relationship managers in providing property, financial and credit analysis on new lending requests.

Responsibilities
Duties for this position may include, but are not limited to:
Providing analysis of new and existing clients and structuring of loan facilities.
Assisting at meetings with prospective and existing private clients seeking new lending transactions.
Drafting new credit applications (including appropriate research and deal analysis) for presentation to the Bank’s Credit Committee.
Engaging with CLS and appointed lawyers in their Drafting of relevant facility letters and documentation in line with the Credit Minute.
Managing lending deals through to initial drawdown and all future draw downs where relevant, ensuring all conditions precedent are met prior to first drawdown and continue to be met during the loan term.
Undertaking day to day management of the Corporate & Family Office portfolio including delivering the annual review requirements by carrying out a review of each transaction and account for presentation to the relevant credit committee.
Responding to client requests including payments and drawdowns.
Assisting the Banking Relationship Manager in ensuring all account opening and anti-money laundering (‘AML’) procedures are satisfied prior to initial drawdown.
Skills / Qualifications
Knowledge and an appreciation of both commercial and residential property lending procedures, with a good understanding of the regulatory environment and solid financial analysis skills are essential to the role, as is solid administration skills, a head for detail and project management client relationship development capabilities and an ability to assess and manage risk.
