The States of Guernsey are looking for a Quality and Safety Incident Triage Officer to join the Quality and Safety Team.
The role will entail using clinical knowledge and experience to triage reported incidents and work closely with the Quality Improvement Managers and Audit team to embed clinical Governance concepts.
The post holder is responsible to the Head of Quality and Safety and works directly with officers and staff of HSC and partner organisations to optimally administer clinical incident reporting.

Should the successful applicant not meet the requirements sufficiently he/she may be appointed at a lower grade than stated. The successful applicant would then have the opportunity to progress to the grade advertised once the necessary skills and knowledge have been developed and they have demonstrated the ability to undertake the duties at the higher level.
