Passenger Services Agent
Full time, Permanent
We have an opportunity for a Passenger Services Agent to join the team at Guernsey Port on a full time, permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to deliver the highest level of customer service skills at all times and to ensure a positive customer experience for our passengers.
Some of the Key Responsibilities for this role include:
• To assist with checking-in, marshalling, loading/unloading and collection of passengers and vehicles to and from all company vessels
• To assist in the preparation and completion of all paperwork and administrative procedures relating to all vehicle, passenger and vessel movements
• To assist in achieving targets and standards as set down by the Ports and Operations Management team
• To be competent in cash and till handling procedures
• To undertake the efficient and courteous answering of incoming contacts over the counter or in our Contact Centre.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, including excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. They will be a strong team player and have relevant computer skills.
The intended location for this role is Guernsey.
