Senior Client Relationship Manager

This role requires an individual with a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent) and 6+ years’ financial services experience to assist with administering a limited portfolio of fund structures whilst effectively managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role will include, but will not be limited to:

Managing the administration of clients’ affairs within a team, incorporating the compliance requirements of the team and regulatory requirements.

Coordinating legal, tax and other professional advice.

Acting as a higher authority on day-to-day queries and as “A” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts.

Ensuring that the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates are reviewed and developed on a timely basis and are fully complied with.

Attending client board meetings and ensuring they are minuted and distributed in a timely manner.

Preparing, reviewing, distributing and filing periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Coordinating billing of team’s clients, including the analysis of time spent and monitoring of debtors.

Acting as a mentor to Client Relationship Managers and supervising and assisting in the training and development of all direct reports.

Arranging and managing the appraisal process for reporting lines.

Acting as an “A” level Authorised Signatory.

Skills / Qualifications

Strong technical financial services knowledge, with solid people management experience, along with evidence of managing a major client relationship are essential to the role.
