Role: Advice Defined Benefit Specialist

Location: Agnostic

You will be responsible for taking ownership of the Advice Assurance team by providing technical, operational and administrative support.

Day to day you will be:

• Assisting the function by performing pre-advice case reviews of new business and other advice points.
• Providing verbal and written feedback to Planners on a case by case basis.
• Providing technical and regulatory guidance to the Planners to ensure best client outcomes.
• Conducting reviews of ongoing advice provided by Planners;
• Assist in the preparation of literature and upkeep of standard advice suitability reports;
• Undertaking and supporting project work;
• Liaising with providers on technical matters and drafting briefing notes;
• Producing and maintaining management data for various committees;
• Undertaking other tasks for the efficient running of the department.

We need someone in this role who has proven experience in working with defined benefit advice case reviews.
