Why find a job, when you can build your career?
Are you one of the many highly motivated and capable people choosing to start your career on Guernsey during these uncertain times?
Has your recent experience of work made you realise that it’s time to look for new opportunities on the island?
Are you looking for something different to, and more varied than, many of the roles available in the finance sector?
For talented individuals looking to start, accelerate, or change their career, joining CBO Projects as a Junior Consultant offers the opportunity to gain qualifications in a number of recognised and accredited professions while acquiring varied experience and working for a vibrant, established and respected company.
Who are CBO?
CBO are a leading Channel Islands-based management consultancy. We deliver high-quality project management, consultancy, business analysis, change management and assurance services to a wide range of local and international clients.
CBO are a stable and successful Guernsey-based business. Founded 10 years ago, we were recognised as one of the island’s best small business in 2015. On the foundation of that early recognition of our potential, we have grown by 30% year on year and matured into a 14-person consultancy regularly delivering major projects for local and national blue-chip public and private sector organisations.
Most importantly for you, CBO is an excellent employer. Everyone working in our tight-knit team benefits from:
- first-class equipment and office facilities;
- regular training that is accredited to internationally-recognised qualifications;
- direct mentoring and hands-on support from our highly qualified team of directors; and
- competitive remuneration in which each individual’s contribution to the company’s success is recognised and rewarded.
During the depths of Covid, we were pleased to be able to go above and beyond what many expected of their employers, and made job and pay security commitments to all of our staff.
