The Position

Cranfords are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Rental Administrator/Receptionist to join their small friendly team. Relevant experience is preferred but a quick learner with a positive attitude is just as important. This is a full-time role available immediately.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the smooth running of our rental properties, assisting tenants and landlords with any issues and organising relevant workmen to resolve any problems.

Checking and balancing the monthly rents, completing the rental accounts and reimbursing the landlords.

Associated administration together with annual property inspections and ongoing maintenance procedures.

Answering the phones and responding to emails and helping clients who come into the office.

Booking in valuations, take-ons and assisting with valuations, take-ons and viewings.

Typing up brochures

The hours for this role are Mon-Fri 9-5pm and rotating Saturday mornings 9-12.30

Experience

This is a varied and interesting role that requires a general standard of education together with administrative or relevant experience and a positive 'can do' attitude.  Experience or interest in property management would be beneficial. We are ideally looking for a loyal, committed and enthusiastic applicant with a helpful disposition.
