The Position
Come and join our dedicated, enthusiastic team at M&S Guernsey. We are looking to recruit full time Operations Assistants to help with the running of our stores.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate needs to have transport, be flexible and hard working due to this physically demanding role. Numeracy & literacy skills are required for date rotation of food stock, opening and closing of all stores and maintain the cleanliness of our facilities. Shifts are worked on a rotational basis over five days including alternate Saturdays and one Sunday in four.
Shifts are 05:00-13.30, 06:00-14:30, 09:30-18:00, 10:30-19:00 and 11:30-20:00.
Benefits for these positions include competitive hourly rate which starts at £11.21 for hours worked Monday to Saturday and hours worked on a Sunday are paid at £14.52, holiday allowance, generous staff discount, non-contributory pension scheme and private health insurance.
