Based in Monaco our client's mission is to help high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and their families manage, preserve and strengthen their wealth, by adopting sophisticated financial strategies.
They are looking to build a UK private banking team in Monaco to service the growing UK UHNW clients and provide them with a bespoke and comfortable environment.
They wish to hire a Team Head of Private Banking responsible for leading a team of one other senior banker and a junior banker. The Team Head drives the business by sharing their own significant experience. Helping the team to manage its current client base, but also to further grow and acquire new clients. This important role will fully assume supervisory responsibilities and manage risk. The role requires proven team management and client management experience, providing relationship managers with daily support and acquisition and onboarding of new clients and business and risk management.
The ideal candidate will have the relevant educational and professional background and a proven track record in servicing banking clients with complex needs and acquiring new relationships. Be familiar with the relevant legal and regulatory environments and requirements and have a profound knowledge of global financial markets and current affairs.
