This role is a 12 month Fixed term contract.
Main Purpose of the Team
This team plans and delivers the always on plans for TV, VOD, Press, radio, Out of Home (OOH) and instore materials (including store POS) along with digital campaigns. They also manage the activation projects across teams. They work with the Strategy & Insights team to set the direction and budget for these channels and develop detailed plans across them. They manage the always on calendar and ensure that this is communicated to the wider marketing teams.
Main Purpose of the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager works with the Creative agency and other specialists (and their agencies) to deliver our offline campaigns, and our “always on” offline content that is in broadcast (press, OOH, TV, Doordrops) and in store (ie the in store collateral).
For broadcast activity they will work with the media specialist inhouse to ensure the campaign has the optimal placement, position and weights , and they will work with inhouse specialists (eg social media, CRM, PR) to share assets and ensure their broadcast assets are leveraged in other channels.
In short, their role will be delivering the offline and online element of campaigns, the offline “always on” calendar and often leading the charge on briefing and creating assets that will be used in other specialist channels.

Experience

• Experience in marketing communications, media channels and communications best practice
