A fantastic new position as a Service Desk Technician, on a full-time temporary basis, until end of March 2022, is now open for applications. You will be responsible for the day-to-day resolution of technical issues experienced across the organisation in the use of information and technology tools as part of achieving business outcomes. The Systems Technician will address the root cause of issues and implement a solution that delivers resolution to the end-user. The candidate will be required to focus on protecting the integrity of systems and data by providing Field Services that manage systems change control incidents in a professional and customer focused manner, ensuring compliance with our client’s policies.
