The Campaign Manager will plan and execute daily engagement and monetization campaigns as well as community tasks, with the goal of maximizing retention, monetization, and player value. This position will report directly to the Head of Retention.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, create & execute, analyze & optimize day-to-day live ops plan of events and promotions to drive growth in business KPIs in various retention channels (onsite, email, push notification, banners, social etc.).**
** - Live Ops configurations on internal and external systems (banner, pop ups, sales etc.)
- Continuously test and improve on-going programs.
Requirements:
- BA graduate**
** - Knowledge in HTML, responsive design, and email marketing best practices.
- Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with attention to details.
