Our client is an experienced construction and property consultancy renowned for its commitment to delivering the highest professional standard of service is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager.
This role is open for candidates who are based on any of the following locations; Guernsey, Exeter, Bristol or London.

This role presents an exciting career opportunity for a high caliber, proactive individual to work on a variety of interesting projects and provide valuable high-quality services to our clients.
The successful candidate:
•This role would suit a post grad candidate with 2 or 3 years’ experience.
•The company can offer coached support to achieve RICS chartered status as we expect a candidate to be on the RICS chartered programme to professional membership.
•Candidates from overseas with strong computer skills, numeracy and English would also be considered as this role is open for candidates who can work remotely. •Contract experience (NEC3 and 4 and JCT preferred)
•Ideally degree or higher qualification in a relevant subject
•Preferably hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent
