The Position
An excellent opportunity for a qualified professional with 3 years PQE and practice specialism to join one of Guernsey's independent legal firms.
Responsibilities
You will drive the delivery and development of the Employment Law service line and build relationships with corporate clients as a trust adviser in all elements of employment law, specialising in contentious matters and tribunal representation.
Further responsibilities will include work with the Partners to undertake a seamless transition of existing matters
and with Marketing to develop a schedule that facilitates an introduction to the existing client base.
Experience
Tribunal experience with strong presentation skills and the confidence to undertake representation at what may be short notice is required for this position together with extensive experience of working with Corporate clients ideally within the financial services arena.
