The Position

A leading private equity administration business are looking to recruit pro-active, experienced (minimum 3 years’) candidate ideally with a human resource management or business-related degree, and a CIPD qualification. This is assignment to start in September 2022.

Responsibilities

You will drive results based on business strategy and objectives, provide consultation to managers/directors in areas such as: diversity, employee engagement, absence management, resourcing, change management, performance management and employee relations. In addition, you will also support/deliver on cross organisational HR related projects and recruitment activities.

Experience

Keys to success here are excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including attention to detail, with the ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements, communicate proposed solutions concisely and implement those solutions.
