Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of performance management and promotion processes for the Deloitte Technology organization.
  • Collaborate with analytics & reporting team to provide performance management and promotion insights to the business to equip them in making informed decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver global programs to technology and solve complex performance and promotion challenges to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Lead current state assessments and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, track and follow up on risks, accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects/initiatives on schedule.
  • Perform standard and advanced coordination and administrative duties such as setting up meetings, leading and participating in calls, taking notes, and summarizing action items. Create business presentations with overall meeting support and preparation.

Required:

  • Experience in human resources, human capital, performance management, leadership development, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or the equivalent
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented project manager who can design and take initiatives from abstract to concrete; able to manage competing, high priority demands and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines
  • Superior interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; experience communicating with an executive-level audience and able to establish credibility/rapport with senior stakeholders in a virtual environment
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to synthesize information, approach problems analytically, learn quickly, and exercise judgment

Preferred:

  • Experience in client-facing roles delivering complex, high-profile projects; strong consultative skills and client service orientation
  • Experience working for a large, global, matrixed organization in a mostly virtual environment

This role will report to our Promotions leader and work closely with the Deloitte Technology organization. The role will help drive a significant business transformation initiative in a rapidly growing organization working alongside our Deloitte Technology Talent Advisory team.
