Security Screener/Driver/Loader

| This role involves both cargo security screening and handling of cargo aircraft.<br><br>Security Screener Responsibilities:<br><br>· Required to perform various tasks such as: operation of x-ray machines, physical inspection of cargo and lifting and carrying freight<br><br>· Responsible for using X-Ray machines to identify prohibited items in cargo and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft<br><br>· Maintain focus and awareness within a demanding environment containing numerous distractions, people, and noise<br><br>· Make effective decisions in both crisis and routine situations<br><br>We're looking for someone with:<br><br>· Basic literacy & numeracy<br><br>· An interest in safety and security<br><br>· The ability to successfully pass security checks, e.g., background, · criminal records<br><br>· The ability to successfully pass an eye test (colour-blindness test)<br><br>· Good judgement, decision making and good communication skills<br><br>· Diligence and a keen eye for detail<br><br>· A Flexible approach to working hours is required as this role is predominantly shift based (excluding Sundays)<br><br>Your benefits:<br><br>The professional challenges, a friendly team, as well as a working environment that puts your safety first - so you can safeguard that of others.
