Lending Specialist

Working as a Lending Specialist in a growing organisation with the strategic objective of expanding its lending proposition in the Channel Islands. Duties to include acting as front office Lending Specialist, acting as internal/external Credit Advisor, reviewing mortgage applications and underwriting more complex credit facilities. Applicants must have an in-depth knowledge of the Credit Risk appraisal and structuring techniques in onshore/offshore environments, together with interpretation of company/trust/fund financial statements and cash flow analysis techniques.
