A superb opportunity for a technically savvy and enthusiastic candidate to join this local regulatory firm. This is a full time and permanent position and will have a large emphasis on supporting the IT helpdesk.
The successful candidate will, along side other members of the team, strive to provide the most effective IT support, services and solutions for the IT challenges which users face every day enabling the company to work more efficiently.
This opening may require occasional work outside normal business to assist with projects, maintenance and emergencies and overtime will be paid for this. The position also requires a regular shift pattern to cover the IT helpdesk so the successful candidate will start at 7am or 10am depending which shift they are on. The role is for 37.5 hours per week as standard.
A varied support role for an analytical individual with relevant experience or for a trainee wishing to start their career in IT. A full training programme is provided.
