Senior Associate, Audit (Madeira)

Our client, a leading chartered accountancy firm have an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious audit accountant to join its Madeira office. Duties will include to successfully execute audit engagements, to ensure financial statements comply with accounting standards, to manage your own portfolio of clients and to develop and maintain a strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and technical changes in accounting standards. The ideal candidate will hold or be studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, ICAS or overseas equivalent), and ideally 1-2 years audit experience.
