Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a growing global footprint. On their behalf we are looking for a seasoned compliance and risk professional to take on the role of compliance monitoring manager. This role will be based in Jersey
This is key position in the global risk and compliance function reporting directly to the head of regulatory oversight. The role will be responsible for the compliance monitoring programme across all the company’s jurisdictions. A knowledge of regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions will therefore be required.
A professional qualification such as ICA, ICSA will be expected and/or at least 5 years demonstrable experience in a compliance leadership position, preferably within a financial series or legal environment. Clear leadership and communications skills will be essential
