Client Relationship Officer

We have a great new opportunity for a Client Relationship Officer to join a leading international financial services provider.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and develop agreed levels of profitable client relationships and bring on net new assets, with a view to growing and improving business and to deliver the value proposition to clients and prospects
  • Comply with all relevant policies, standards and procedures and any other relevant booking location in respect of clients, clients’ information, and reporting and other obligations in respect of that information.
  • Keep up with economic, political and cultural developments in relevant client markets
  • Cross-sell other products and services as appropriate
  • Instruct and supervise assigned assistants and other employees within their team according to their individual level of experience
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the accuracy, factual correctness and completeness of all information provided on processing forms and systems, e.g. CIPs, client reviews, investment profiles, credit applications, call reports etc.
  • Maintain clear, comprehensive and up-to-date client, business and transaction records at all times
  • Be aware and proactively manage and mitigate the Bank’s risks as outlined in this job description including constantly assessing reputational, financial crime /AML and fraud risk and to act as the first line of defence in respect of client-side activities.
