A locally owned and managed commercial business trading worldwide is seeking to appoint a Brand Manager.

The role will involve planning and implementation of co-marketing campaigns for a portfolio of new and existing authorised brands across our client’s media channels, liaise with key external contacts to support the continued profitability and growth of each authorised relationship.

In this role you will take ownership of and responsibility for ensuring that plans are signed-off, briefed and delivered in a timely manner, working in close collaboration with a range of internal and external agency teams, plan, implement and continually evaluate and improve authorised brand campaigns, in line with the business objectives, and ensure any activity with their brand partners is documented in a co-marketing plan with any associated rate-card costs and is signed-off by the relevant brand before any work is undertaken.

You will take responsibility for preparing the internal and external briefs for authorised brand activity following established marketing processes and service level agreements, ensure the timely delivery of electronic point of sale (EPOS) and quarterly reporting.  You will negotiate marketing retros and rate card investment, log and raise invoices in a timely manner, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are updated and informed of proposed/forthcoming brand campaigns, including the marketing, purchasing, stock management, customer services, and logistics teams.

To apply for this role you will need experience in using Excel and Google Sheets up to an intermediate level, have logical thinking and strong organisational skills, and sound commercial judgement that enables decisions to be made based on the interests of the business.  You will need to have exceptional English language communication skills both oral and written, with a proven ability to establish good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.  Experience in demonstrating high attention to detail with the ability to identify any grammatical, pictorial, or numerical inconsistencies and take the appropriate remedial action, as well as having prior marketing and/or brand management experience.
