This is fantastic opportunity to lead the Europe Placement and Policy Servicing Operations team of the world’s leading Insurance Broker across their Specialty, Corporate and Risk Management businesses.
As the role holder you will lead the European Placement and Policy Servicing Operations teams, comprising of more than 600 colleagues based in offices across Europe.
You will be leading the team through a transformation journey, helping to develop their target operating model, and driving better Client outcomes and greater efficiency through deployment of digital technology.
You will work closely with Placement Brokers and client teams to deliver an end-to-end Claims service to global clients.
Candidates will be able to provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction on a large scale with a strong track record in a senior leadership role and influencing skills with experience of acting as a change agent in the insurance industry within the European market.
Proven experience of leading digital transformation programs in multicultural markets across Europe is also required.
