Job purpose:
To help develop the business and identify good business opportunities, develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Key areas:
· Identify new opportunities.
· Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
· Be a point of contact for these customers.
· Drive sales and reach set targets.
· Always Promoting SGB products & services.
· Work as part of a team.
· Working within the Company policies & procedures.
· Health & Safety culture.
· The safeguarding of SGB property and materials.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Deliver high standards of service to all customers, both new and existing.
· Identify new opportunities for both hire and sales.
· Manage and grow customer base, by offering customer focused service, initiatives and solutions.
· Attend sites and offices to discuss and present products, promoting a positive image of SGB to customers and employees.
· Assist Management in monitoring and reporting on market pricing and competitor activity.
· Provide feedback from customers. (Both positive and Negative).
· Investigate reasons for loss of business.
· Support and promote a team culture. (Be willing to assist in other areas if required).
· Adhere to and support company policies and procedures.
· Attend training when required.
· Willing to work in a safety environment, abiding by Health and Safety regulations both in Depot and out on Site. (Willing to wear PPE when required).

Qualifications and Experience
· Full driving licence required Cat B.
· Confident with Computers.
· Physically fit (Lifting required within H&S policy).
· Sales experience beneficial with confidence to attend sites.
