We have a great opportunity with a leading financial services company who are seeking an experienced and proactive Fund Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team in St. Helier, Jersey. As a Fund Assistant Manager, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administration across various asset classes while managing client portfolios with precision and care. They will also play a critical leadership role within the organization by supporting both the manager and senior management teams. To excel in this position, the Ideal Candidate will serve as the primary contact for funds including closed-ended structures and coordinate legal advice while handling company secretarial matters efficiently. Delivering outstanding service levels and enhancing overall client experience is also a key responsibility. As well as, engaging actively with internal and external auditors during audits to ensure a smooth and successful process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the funds industry, with 3-5+ years of experience. Should also have at least 1 year’s worth of people management expertise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail.
