Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Administrative Assistant to support our consultancy's marketing efforts and client management. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, can work independently, and has a strong interest in sustainability. You will be responsible for developing our website and marketing materials, enhancing our LinkedIn presence, improving our search functionality, and managing administrative tasks related to our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Develop and maintain the company website, ensuring it effectively communicates our services, values, and expertise.
Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Increase our presence on LinkedIn by creating engaging content, managing posts, and expanding our network.
Improve search engine functionality and optimize our online content to enhance visibility.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our services and achievements.
Administrative:
Manage the scheduling of client meetings, workshops, and internal team sessions.
Gather and organize client feedback to improve our services and client satisfaction.
Maintain our client database, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
Support the team with general administrative tasks, including email correspondence, document management, and report preparation.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events or webinars.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or administrative roles, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.
Proficient in website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, with a track record of growing online presence.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative mindset.
Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
Interest or background in sustainability is a plus.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, requiring 2-3 days of work per week. Flexibility in hours is offered, with some availability required during business hours for meetings and client interactions.
