Trust Our client is seeking talented individuals on a permanent full-time basis who are motivated to obtain a recognised professional qualification while gaining experience in a trust environment. This opportunity is particularly suited to mid-level trust professionals who are currently working towards or wish to pursue their STEP qualification, and who are eager to develop both their technical skills and career progression. Job Duties:
Assist with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies Draft minutes, resolutions and correspondence Maintain accurate records and statutory files Liaise with clients and intermediaries in a professional and timely manner Assist in the preparation of client and internal reporting requirements Ensure all work complies with relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures Support senior administrators and managers with complex matters as required
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in trust and company administration at a mid-level A strong interest in completing the STEP qualification Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy A proactive approach to professional development Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
