Trust Our client is seeking a Senior / Trust Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves carrying out a range of administrative duties to support the effective management of trust and company structures, in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Job Duties:
Prepare and input client payment instructions using online banking systems Track, monitor and confirm all outgoing payments Manage collection of aged debts across client portfolios Maintain accurate diary task lists and ensure timely follow-up Liaise with clients, intermediaries and third parties professionally Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations Assist with general trust administration and support senior team members
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in trust administration Experience using online banking platforms Working towards or holding a STEP diploma is preferred Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication Pro-active team player with a positive approach to work
