Payroll Our client is seeking an experienced payroll professional to join their team. This role is flexible in seniority and open to candidates at various levels, provided they have previous experience working with PAYE (UK payrolls). The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting employees with payroll-related queries. Job Duties:

Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with PAYE regulations Maintain payroll records and ensure all payments, deductions, and adjustments are correctly applied Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve issues promptly Ensure payroll submissions meet HMRC requirements, including RTI submissions Process statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP, and pension contributions Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements Keep up to date with UK payroll legislation and ensure compliance with any changes Liaise with internal departments and external agencies as required

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a payroll role, with knowledge of UK PAYE regulations Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing Good understanding of statutory payroll requirements and deductions Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines Strong numerical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills to handle payroll queries effectively
