Our client is seeking a temporary Trust Administrator for a 22-month contract to join their fiduciary team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality trust and company administration services while supporting the team with day-to-day activities related to client structures such as trusts, partnerships, and companies. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop knowledge of regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC legislation, and their application to fiduciary operations. Job Duties: Job Duties Supporting the fiduciary team in meeting business objectives and operational standards. Assisting with trust and company administration to minimise business risks and ensure compliance with policies and risk management procedures. Adhering to the principles of treating customers fairly when handling complaints or queries. Developing professional relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal colleagues to support client retention. Communicating effectively and building rapport with colleagues, line managers, other departments, and intermediaries. Following instructions and demonstrating an understanding of assigned tasks. Job Requirements No prior work experience required. Basic communication and relationship-building skills to seek information, facilitate teamwork, and build confidence. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to undertake professional studies relevant to the role. Understanding of basic trust and company legal documents and accounts. Knowledge of laws relating to trust company business. Basic understanding of fiduciary duties and responsibilities.
