As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting people to opportunities. The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own portfolio of candidates and oversee the full recruitment process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates Managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable positions Providing professional guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey Delivering results with integrity, professionalism and care Staying informed on market trends to provide valuable insights
About You You’re a people person who thrives on helping others succeed and building meaningful connections. You may come from a background in:
Recruitment or HR Banking / financial services Client relations, customer service or sales
You’ll bring:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, professional and positive attitude Strong organisational and multitasking abilities A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals
