Liberation Wholesale is seeking a dedicated individual to support our Customer Service and General Office Administration departments. As part of The Liberation Group, an award-winning business known for our passion for drinks, exceptional service, and customer satisfaction, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team.
Position: Customer Service Administrator (Part-Time) Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and complaints
Process and input orders
Promote and upsell our product range when possible
Maintain and update Excel order sheets for Customers and Account Managers
Process and post customer credits
Liaise with other departments as needed
Provide general office administration support
Essential Skills:
Strong communication skills across all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Ability to negotiate, mediate, and resolve customer issues
Highly organised and a strong team player
