HR / Training Our client is seeking a Senior People Advisor, Learning and Development to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the organisation's workforce development and talent management strategies. As the lead for Learning and Development, you will oversee initiatives that support the company's growth, focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring that training programmes are aligned with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will manage the implementation of the Learning Management System, lead talent development efforts, and contribute to succession planning. You will be expected to build strong relationships across the business and deliver comprehensive reports that inform decision-making at senior levels. Click here to read more. Job Duties:
Lead the implementation of the Learning Management System to ensure it meets business needs Provide comprehensive reporting, including statistical data, to track learning and development progress Deliver strategic objectives for Learning and Development, identifying opportunities for improvement Manage the prioritisation of training needs, ensuring alignment with business goals Develop leadership pathways to support future succession planning Conduct regular audits of Learning and Development initiatives to ensure continuous improvement Support recruitment strategies with an understanding of sourcing and recruitment techniques
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Confident and personable demeanour Excellent organisational skills Ability to work towards targets and deliver results Sound judgement and the ability to make informed decisions Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the business
