As an influential advisor, your expertise will support operational managers across various stages of employee engagement – from recruitment through to exit strategies. Key Responsibilities:

– Provide precise technical advice on human resources matters

– Ensure consistent application of public service employment terms

– Govern organisational structures relating closely with manager/service leads

– Manage workforce data accuracy and sickness absence recording

– Advise proactively on conduct issues, performance management & absenteeism
