Our client, a leading corporate services sector company in St. Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join their team.
As the Senior Associate, the successful candidate will take responsibility for authoring technical documentation and deploying technology-driven solutions to enable the team to work more efficiently. This role will be instrumental in spearheading the identification of Data Ownership Models tailored to human capital information, as well as ensuring that all HR technologies are maintained to the highest quality standards.
To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a highly organised approach to their work. They should be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and always strive to deliver high-quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
In addition to the key requirements, the candidate should have a strong understanding of data privacy laws, regulations, and best practices. They should be proficient in project management and have experience leading cross-functional teams. Experience in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel is a plus.
