A fantastic senior opportunity to join a highly successful online retailer headquartered in Guernsey.
Responsibilities include driving cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimise inventory capabilities and develop best inventory management practices, reporting standardised KPI's based on industry best practices and developing new ones to support the business in achieving its targets, partnering with other leaders across the supply chain and business to identify new opportunities to drive inventory improvements, leading the Inventory Management team to create, implement, and execute inventory optimisation plans and programs, developing forecasts for future demand and placing orders and recruiting and developing the team, focusing on future leadership potential and succession planning.

Candidates should have leadership and management experience and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, including team management and excellent working knowledge of Slimstock, experience of managing cross functional team environments, leading S&OP process, online retailing, and multi-sourcing environments and the ability to explain complex supply chain calculations to non-supply chain personnel.
