We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join a dynamic banking team on a contract basis, in St Peter Port.
As an Operations Specialist, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing support for core operational processes and monitoring performance against benchmarks. They will also be responsible for conducting post-trade control assessments and analysing security positions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of solid experience in operations processing related to settlements or post-trade reporting. In addition, the successful candidate should have exceptional communication abilities, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and an action-oriented mindset. As part of the role, the candidate will be expected to work under pressure and meet deadlines. They will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate precision in their work.
