Trust Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Private Client Services team. This role involves providing comprehensive trust and company administration services for an international client base, managing a complex portfolio, and supporting the development of junior team members. The successful candidate will also assist in financial reporting and operational management. Job Duties:
Administer a complex client portfolio, including Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships Maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, clients, and advisors Support and mentor junior team members, assisting with their training and development Manage billing and debt collection processes for client portfolios Conduct initial and final reviews of working papers and financial statements Oversee asset acquisition, monitoring, and disposal in line with procedures Prepare complex correspondence and board/trustee minutes, and review team members’ work as required Conduct periodic client file reviews for compliance and accuracy Assist in the day-to-day management of the team and preparation of financial reports
Job Requirements:
CGI/STEP Diploma or equivalent, or studying towards a professional qualification Alternatively, a qualified accountant or a relevant professional qualification Minimum of five years' relevant experience Evidence of continuous professional development Experience in management and people development Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
