Senior Fund Administrator / Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Administrator to take a lead role in the day-to-day administration of a leading firm’s fund structures. This role involves ensuring full compliance with all procedures and practices, acting as a primary point of contact and overseeing all aspects of fund administration.

Key responsibilities will include managing reporting, filing, and regulatory deadlines, ensuring that all books, records, and IT systems are up-to-date, and responding to investor queries promptly. The successful candidate will also attend board meetings for companies under administration, preparing meeting minutes, and perform investor KYC onboarding and periodic reviews. Additionally, you will assist in the training of Fund Administrators while supporting the Director and senior team with both fund and office administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Private Equity fund administration and at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on fund administration. They should hold a relevant professional qualification and have experience with FIS/Investran and EQ. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to gain commitment from others and interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
