Professional Services Consultant – Modern Workplace & Cloud, Guernsey/Jersey/Isle of Man

A renowned telecommunications company seeks an experienced Professional Services Consultant specialising in Modern Workplace & Cloud technologies. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) can be based in Guernsey, Jersey, or the Isle of Man, offering an excellent opportunity to drive transformational cloud services and solutions. Role Responsibilities: • Architect and implement cloud solutions primarily focused on Microsoft technologies, Azure, AWS, and VMware. • Lead migrations from on-premise to cloud infrastructures, including applications and integrated systems. • Provide technical consultancy, pre-sales support, and strategic guidance to clients. • Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and operational teams. • Design and develop cloud service offerings, including Modern Workplace solutions, server virtualisation, and disaster recovery. • Contribute to strategic direction, budgeting, and delivery of business sales objectives. Essential Skills & Experience: • Professional certifications in Cloud technologies (Microsoft, AWS, VMware). • Minimum of 4-6 years' experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure. • Experience in senior consultant, pre-sales, or architect roles. • Proven expertise in infrastructure technologies, cloud migration, virtualisation, security, and backup solutions. • Strong communication, organisational skills, and commercial acumen. Desirable: • Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001, and PCI-DSS. • Networking architecture skills.
