Our international client is seeking a Store Manager for their St Peter Port store.

Responsibilities include sales and profit, make a memorable shopping experience for every customer, keep the heartbeat of their store strong by overseeing operations with efficiency. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and providing coaching and development to your team. You will foster a culture of collaboration, engagement and accountability to drive results and ensure team members are continually challenged, happy and achieving their full potential.

You will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.

You will need to have proven managerial experience gained within a customer service environment, and be self-motivated and organised.
